We aim to have all non-custom products despatched within 48 Hours, for custom products we advise up to 5 working days. However, you will receive contact from one of our designers within 1 working day of order confirmation. If we suspect the delivery period will change, we will most likely notify you.
Postage is most often sent with the Royal Mail postage provider as either 1st class, or 1st class tracked. This ensures you don’t need to be in the property upon delivery. For bespoke products or larger purchases, we may require a signature upon delivery.
